Most people lack a clear idea about the subject of Meditation, and therefore easily fall into the trap of believing anything without investigating and clarifying it first. If you lack a solid understanding about meditation, you will sooner or later give up due to a lack of real and genuine experiences.

WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Vivekananda said, when the mind has been trained to remain fixed on a certain internal or external location, there comes to if the power of flowing in an unbroken current, as it were, towards that point, what is called Meditation.

Meditation has played, and continues to play an important role in the cultivation of spiritual energies in the lives of spiritual seekers.

The technique you will learn at our classes have been used by men and women throughout history. All of the  techniques can be adapted to whatever goals or belief systems you have. It’s not religious at all.

This class will take you to every possible question and meditate together. So this is basically a Sat-sang where find your questions answered and helpful advise from experienced  meditators.
